Terms

1. The site
You can use Crete Activities to find and book activities from local providers in Crete. You book the activity with its provider. For site questions, write to market@koglabs.com.
2. Accounts
You must give a working email address and keep your password private. You can have one account. If you run a provider, you can apply through the business form. The site team checks your application before your business page becomes active. You cannot sign in if your account is banned.
3. Bookings
Your booking is a request until the provider confirms it, unless the activity confirms at once. The provider has up to 24 hours to answer, or until two hours before the start when sooner. If it does not answer, your request expires and you are told. If the session has insufficient seats, you must choose another session. For requests, your provider confirms the exact start time.
You see prices in euros per person or per private group. Your final request includes participant prices, selected extras and the total.
4. Payment
You pay the provider on arrival. No payment is due on Crete Activities. Your provider has up to 24 hours to answer, or until two hours before the start when sooner. Instant book confirms immediately. Your request expires if the provider does not answer before its response deadline. You can then choose another activity.
Customers pay you on arrival. No online payment or booking fee applies.
5. Cancellation
Each activity shows its cancellation policy. A flexible policy gives a full refund until 24 hours before the start. A moderate policy gives a full refund until 48 hours before the start. A strict policy gives a full refund until 7 days before the start. The policy refund is zero after the deadline. The business can still give a full or partial goodwill refund. If the business cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund.
6. Activities and imported pages
A provider must keep its activities accurate. A page marked “Listed from public information” has not been claimed by the business. Its details may be incomplete. You can still send a request, and the site team can help it reach the business.
7. Reviews and messages
You can leave one review within 60 days after a completed activity. The business can reply once. You must not post threats, illegal content or another person's private information. The site team can hide a review or message that breaks this rule.
8. Acceptable use
You must not collect large amounts of activity information with automated tools. You must not try to enter another account or upload harmful files. You must not send repeated or false booking requests.
9. Liability
Your activity contract is with the provider. The site helps you find the business and send a request. To the extent Greek and EU law allow, the site operator is not responsible for an incorrectly described activity, an injury during the activity or a business that does not answer. These terms do not limit responsibility for fraud, negligence that causes death or injury, or any responsibility that the law does not allow the operator to limit.
10. Law
Greek law governs these terms. Your mandatory EU consumer rights still apply. You can use any court that consumer law requires. Otherwise, Greek courts have jurisdiction.
11. Changes
Important changes appear on this page with a new date. If you continue to use the site after that date, you accept the updated terms.
